Goldmoor Inn is excited to reintroduce cooking classes in our premier show kitchen. Initial classes during summer and fall 2024 will be pasta classes where you and your friends will learn:

• How to make pasta dough
• How to shape Tortellini and Agnolotti

Participants will be able to take pasta dough home to make pasta with family and friends and also take home pasta made in class to ENJOY with friends and family.

Each participant will make and be able to enjoy:

• One glass of wine/champagne
• One charcuterie board (per 3 people)
• Morel Agnolotti main dish
• Mini Strawberry Trifle dessert
