Fun and food! Learn how to cook fresh Salmon en Papillote or savory Beef Wellington in our world class kitchen with our highly-trained Goldmoor Chefs! We have coupled with the amazing talents at Jamie's Wine Studio to bring you an Italian Wine Dinner! Experience breathtaking views of the Mississippi River while enjoying a savory 4-course meal, including spicy scallop hors d'oeuvres, pomegranate salad, asiago and spinach stuffed pork loin pinwheels with mushroom risotto and chocolate cup with ganache and sugar berries. Each course is paired with delectable Italian wines selected by Jamie herself! 6:30 p.m.

Cork to Fork Progressive Dinner
Relax and enjoy the scenery in our luxury coach bus as we drive you to experience al fresco wine tasting and gourmet dining at three unique Galena area properties. We will visit Rocky Waters Vineyard & Winery for Cheese and Chutney and wine tasting. Then we will head to Chestnut Mountain Resort for our salad course. We will end our journey at Goldmoor Inn & Dining for Entree and Dessert on our patio. Begins at 6:00 p.m.

Wine tasting, delicious hors d'oeuvres including Goldmoor's signature mini Beef Wellingtons, and live music with Ken Killian and a 4-piece blues band! 6:00-9:00 p.m.
