Simple elegance describes the dining experience at our Galena, Illinois restaurant.

Unmatched Old World decor, a diverse wine cellar, and premier personal service are all complemented by our chef's creative cuisine. Enjoy dining in one of our cozy booths or elegant tables with breathtaking views overlooking the Mississippi River. For a unique experience, seating is also available at the Chef's table.

On Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, we offer a three course prix fixe meals for $35 in the main dining room. The seating starts at 5:30 pm and we do welcome private parties.

Our prefix menu always offers a choice of selected entrees for the evening, giving our chef ample opportunity to create dishes that are entirely unique, or a new twist on something familiar.

Driven to put forth the best cuisine, the chef uses his own stocks for sauces, freshly baked goods, and original homemade ice creams and sorbets. This level of freshness and quality is not always easy, but we find it necessary to offer the one-of-a-kind dining experience that we strive to offer.

Mustard and sage braised rack of lamb served on a bed of barley,roasted carrots and pearls onions with mushroom demi glace.
