Candlelight Progressive Dinner

Join us for a romantic evening and experience the flavor of three unique Galena properties.

Gathering Begins at 6:00pm at the Farmers Guest House, Galena's only restored 1900's Inn, where you will be served an array of delicious appetizers. Enjoy the scenic rolling hills during the leisurely drive to Galena's only premier County Inn, The Goldmoor Inn. The English Castle Inn is perched high up on the bluffs overlooking the Mississippi River. Experience gourmet dining in our elegant surroundings in our private dinning room. A representative from Ironstone Vineyard will be here to highlight their wines. Return to town for a scrumptious dessert at the historic Desoto House Hotel. Illinois Oldest Operating Hotel and the campaign headquarters of President Grant.

Cost: $69.00 per person (includes tax, gratuity and transportation)

Goldmoor Dining
Simple elegance describes this dining experience. Unmatched Old World decor, diverse wine cellar, premier services complement our chef's creative cuisine. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday only we offer 3 course prix fixe meals for $35. per person in the main dining room over looking the Mississippi River views. Seating starts at 5.30pm, private parties welcome.

Arrival Package
Let us help set the mood for a special stay at The Goldmoor. A bottle of chilled champagne with a set of keepsake glasses, choice of: cheese and summer sausage appetizer plate or strawberries hand-dipped in chocolate and fresh flowers for the room upon your arrival. This package makes an awesome first impression to the start of a relaxing and intimate stay ($45).

Spa
We soothe all parts of your being, from mind to body, with a full line of spa benefits. We offer massages, individual or side-by-side, in the luxury of your room or in our spa. Offered services are 60-minute massages ($85), 90-minute massages with or without hot stones ($135) or 75-minute hot stones ($110).

Our massage professionals are fully licensed and nationally certified in massage therapy and are members of the American Massage Therapy Association. Please be sure to request your spa appointment in advance. Spa service is an addition to any other package or accommodation.
