Our seven course dinner menu changes weekly, giving our chef ample opportunity to create dishes that are entirely unique, or a new twist on something familiar. Our chef delights in exploring culinary boundaries creating an array of sauces, rubs, sorbets, salads or entrées that you are not likely to find anywhere in the area. Driven to put forth the best cuisine the chef uses his own stocks for sauces, freshly baked goods and original homemade ice creams and sorbets. This level of freshness and quality is not always easy, but we find it necessary to offer the one of a kind dining experience that we strive to offer.

The booths and window-side tables in our dining room invoke a sense of calm and romance, especially during a spectacular sunset over the Mississippi. We also have a private dining room with the same majestic river view, and in the kitchen, a chef’s table for up to eight people that offers the same incredible food and service, but includes an inside look at what goes on behind the scenes in our new state of the art designer kitchen, while interacting with the Chef Dion and the staff.

Our chef honed his skills at one of the finest culinary schools in America, the Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago, (CHIC). After graduating from the Le Cordon Bleu affiliate, Dion trained in San Francisco in one of the nation’s top restaurants, Gary Danko. Studying at this Exxon Mobile 5 Star Restaurant, and James Beard Award winner, our…your chef is prepared to present to you some of the finest dining you will find in the area.

Dinner service begins at 6:30 pm Thursday through Monday. Our seven course dinner always offers a choice of selected entrees for the evening, and with advanced notice, the chef will gladly accommodate food allergies or preferences to help fit your needs. Our weekly menus will be posted Monday evenings for the following Thursday through Monday.
